I very much enjoyed working with Rachel Fowler Keene of Your Spiritual Evolution over lockdown, just before I embarked on a home spiritual retreat and digital detox.  You may recognise her name as I often share her posts on my facebook page. We have known each other online for many years now, having ‘met’ on the HolisticShop Message boards. This is where I gained a lot of my online experience and development, many moons ago! Rachel and I have slightly different ways of working, but over the years, we frequently agree with and come to the same conclusions through our work.

I was keen (no pun intended!) to introduce Rachel to the Diamond Energy Therapy. This is a healing modality that I channeled back in 2016, with the spiritual development group I work with. The system was immediately received well by those attuned to it, with requests for Levels 2 and 3. These have only recently come through this year and are available now, which is exciting! 

Working with Rachel has been interesting, as like myself she is a both a sensitive and sceptic, we both like to test! We worked over zoom. The system comprises of an energy clearing and attunement to connect to the energy. There is also a meditation which focuses on working with shadow aspects. This helps to clear and reveal our ‘hidden gems’ and unleash the spiritual power that resides underneath that energy that we suppress. We finished with a meditation which focuses on manifesting and co-creating our energetic wealth (which may be finance, health etc).  And then if course we chinwagged, as you do!!!

It’s available distantly one to one via zoom. You must be a minimum of Reiki Level 1 or have adequate prior experience of a spiritual healing modality.  

Over to Rachel for experiences :

I had a wonderful experience receiving the first level of Diamond Energy Therapy from one of my oldest friends Emma Sims today. Emma created a gentle but powerful healing space for us to work within and for me to receive this energy. I was very pleasantly surprised in what was revealed to me during the attunement and meditations, it was a very moving experience and one I will hold dear. I gained insight, I worked deeply with my shadow side and embraced so much I’d not realised I had resisted. I felt very supported and loved unconditionally, this was a truly beautiful and quite an emotional experience, I didn’t want the call to end!

Retreat…to Eir

My spiritual retreat was very blissful, with a digital detox (very welcomed) and meditation, walks, yoga, nourishing food, baking, zentangling… and Level 1 of Eir Healing with Rachel to start it off. Eir is a healing modality that was channelled to Rachel by the Goddess Eir, a Norse Goddess. It uses either hands on energy practise, visualisation or energy transmission via drumming Both in person and distantly. I experienced a beautiful connection with the Drum that I made (birthed) some months ago Yet hadn’t felt a real connection with, so it was an emotional upwelling and a very strong feeling of empowerment. This aspect was mirrored in situations that I had been experiencing in life, and solar plexus clearings,  at that time too. 

Using this modality I also practised a lot of self healing during this time. The kundalini energy that rose again as the attunement hit the spot, has been flushing through the blocks again, so meditations and spiritual practise has been literal bliss. I am really looking forward to working with people face to face with the Eir healing when that time comes. DIAMOND ENERGY THERAPY

After working with each system for a time and getting a feel for what we were doing, we both felt ready to move on to the next level. I am enjoying working at level 2 with the runes. It took me back 28 years when I first started to work with them. I didn’t really understanding them, as I hadb’t consciously begun my spiritual journey. Even though I’d had experiences, they just happened. It had all been very unconscious up till then. I loved a book by Ralph Blum & Susan Loughan called The Healing Runes. I also drew (unconsciously channelled) some Bind Rune designs, which were amazing and would have made great unique tattoos (think of the Celtic designs, but colourful). However, in my frustration and inability to be able to follow through with the things I wanted to do because of illness I threw them away. I have few regrets in life, but this one is a what if, wish I hadn’t! But I have the memory.

So when I read in the manual that the Eir system works with runes I was amazed at how much I remembered about the runes, and their names. I hadn’t thought I’d understood them, but on some level I had. I see the symbols as being a language of the soul, that they speak in some way on that level. As I’ve been working with others with this system and show them the runes that I will include their soul lights up in their eyes, I notice a real pull in their eyes and an aliveness as the Eir healing and the symbolic energy seems to activate their consciousness. It has felt very natural for me creating the bindrunes. Bindrunes by the way are a combination of a number of runes that fit together and work as a focus for the healing energy. A bindrune is unique for each person and what they want to address and focus on transmuting in their life.

Eir healing also works with drumming. I went on a drum birthing workshop earlier this year as I wanted to connect at a deeper personal level with this shamanic practise. It is interesting that years ago I played the timpani at school, so felt a connection in that way. However, even after the drum birthing workshop I couldn’t quite connect with ‘drummie’, it was a very very slow build . However, the Eir healing really opened up the heart of me for this practise and I felt a significant connection like I hadn’t before, which was such Divine timing! I still feel like I have a way to go and a lot to learn, as it takes me on a journey of empowerment, which is what Eir, as the peaceful warrier does.
