Based in the Community Resource Centre, Gwersyllt, Wrexham, North Wales, I’m passionate about my work, as a Holistic Approach helps my well-being too.

I have worked with organisations such as the Creative Counsellors, KIM Project, Wrexham County Council, Wrexham Communities for Work, AVOW, NEWCIS, Glyndwr University, Adult Learners Week, Rainbow Therapies and have been NIACE nominated as a community tutor.
Clients come from a variety of professions and all walks of life including teachers, Mums and Mums-to-be, GPs, nurses, carers (I’m passionate about self-care), builders, beauticians, other holistic and complementary therapists (I have been called the therapist’s therapist), domestic helps, counsellors, firefighters, police, glaziers, retirees, and those on long term sick.
Therapy clients present with a range of health conditions such as depression and anxiety, back problems, PTSD, fibromyalgia and M.E, diabetes*, stroke*, digestive problems, spiritual issues including Kundalini energy imbalances and Spiritual Awakenings, PMT, PCOS, infertility, arthritis, food intolerances, stress, bipolar, schizophrenia, heart conditions*, epilepsy*, stiff necks, sciatica, and general aches and pains.
I offer the therapies that I do because they have all helped me in some way, and continue to do so, but we are all different. My approach foremostly is to help you to relax – any other benefits that you may receive from the treatments are then a plus. Please see FAQs for some of the common questions.
